本公司是生產(chǎn)白線針輪減速機(jī)歷史最悠久的企業(yè)之一。
  “星浪牌”白線針輪減速機(jī)是采用K-H-V少齒差行星式傳動(dòng)原理及擺線針齒合的新穎傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。廣泛應(yīng)用于各種傳動(dòng)機(jī)械中的減速機(jī)構(gòu),如:化纖機(jī)械、紡織印染、輕工視頻、冶金礦山、石油化工、起重運(yùn)輸、制藥機(jī)械、電子通信及工程機(jī)械等領(lǐng)域中的驅(qū)動(dòng)和減速裝置。

結(jié)構(gòu)原理
  行星擺線針輪減速機(jī)全部傳動(dòng)裝置可分為三部分:輸入部分、減速部分、輸出部分。
  在輸入軸上裝有一個(gè)錯(cuò)位180°的雙偏心套,在偏心套上裝有兩個(gè)陳偉轉(zhuǎn)臂的滾柱軸承,形成H機(jī)構(gòu)。兩個(gè)擺線輪的中心孔即為偏心套上轉(zhuǎn)臂軸承的滾道,并由擺線輪與針齒輪上一組環(huán)形排列的針齒相嚙合,以組成齒差為一齒的內(nèi)嚙合減速機(jī)構(gòu),(為了減小摩擦,在速比小的減速機(jī)中,針齒帶有針齒套)。
  當(dāng)輸入軸帶著偏心套轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí),由于擺線輪上吃廓曲線的特點(diǎn)及其受針齒輪上針齒限制之故,擺線輪的運(yùn)動(dòng)成為既有公轉(zhuǎn)又有自轉(zhuǎn)的平面運(yùn)動(dòng),在輸入軸正轉(zhuǎn)一周時(shí),偏心

套亦轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一周,擺線輪于相反方向上轉(zhuǎn)過一個(gè)齒從而得到減速,在借助W輸出機(jī)構(gòu),將擺線輪的低速自轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)通過銷軸,傳遞給輸出軸,從而獲得較低的輸出轉(zhuǎn)速。

ice can be divided into three parts,i.e.input part,speed reducing part and output part.
  Double-eccentricity sheath with 180° dislocation is cquipped at output shaft. Two roller bearings called tuming arm are equipped at the eccentricity sheath. It forms Hmechanism. The central holes at two cyeloidal pinwheels are just the ball race of tuming arm roller bearings of eccentricity sheath. Meanwhile it is joggled with a ser of ring pin-teeth at cycloidal pinwheel and pin gear. In this way the inner jogg;ed mechanism with I different of teech is formed(In order to reduce friction, in speed reducer with small speed ratio the pin teeth is equipped with pin teeth sheath).
  When input shaft brings eccentricity sheath to circumritate a cirele, because of the feature of up teetj contour curve of
cycloidal pinwheel as well as limited by up pin teeth of cuc-loidal pinwheel .the motion of cycloidal pinwheel is plane motion with revolution and rotation. When input shaft circumrotates a ciele clockwise. The eccemtricity shaft circu,rotates a cicle elockwise, the eccentricity sheath circu,rotates a circle clockwise too. The cycloidal pinwheel will circumrotate a tooth counterclockwise. In this way the speed reducing can be reacher. Relying on W output mechanism. The low speed rotation of cycloidal pinwheel will transfer to output shaft through pin shatf. In this way the low output revolution can be reached.

說明:(1)在雙級(jí)減速機(jī)中各級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)比的組合,以高速端為傳動(dòng)比小的一端,低速端為傳動(dòng)比大的一端。

此,當(dāng)用變速電動(dòng)機(jī)或變速裝置驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí),應(yīng)特別注意機(jī)號(hào)的選擇,首先應(yīng)先決定工作條件是“恒功率”還是“恒扭矩”,如果是恒功 率,按最低轉(zhuǎn)速選取機(jī)號(hào),如果是恒扭矩,按最高轉(zhuǎn)速選取機(jī)號(hào)。
  (三)、本樣品的數(shù)據(jù)是按平衡載荷下,每日工作8小時(shí),工況系數(shù)=1.0的計(jì)數(shù)值,而在選擇機(jī)號(hào)時(shí),即在確定減速機(jī)的輸入功率時(shí),還應(yīng)考慮符合性質(zhì),工作條件及驅(qū)動(dòng)動(dòng)力源,以去定工作情況系數(shù)K。

tion is”constant power” or”constant torque”. If it is constant power. Choose the number of machine in nccordance with the lowest  revolution and if it is constant torque, choose the number of machine in accordance with the highest revolution.

使用
  1.本減速機(jī)適用于24小時(shí)連續(xù)工作制,并允許正反向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)
  2.單級(jí)減速機(jī)的出書軸

轉(zhuǎn)向與輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)向相反,雙級(jí)減速機(jī)的輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)向與輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)向相同。
  3.本減速機(jī)無自鎖坐擁。
  4.本減速機(jī)的輸出軸不能承受軸向力。
  5.在可能出現(xiàn)過載現(xiàn)象的適用場合,應(yīng)安裝過載保護(hù)裝置。
  6.腳板式臥裝擺線針輪減速機(jī)要安裝在沒有振動(dòng)、十分堅(jiān)固的水平基礎(chǔ)上,在必須進(jìn)行傾斜安裝的適用場合,減速機(jī)軸心線的傾斜度不得大于±15°
  7.法蘭式立裝擺線針輪減速機(jī)在安裝時(shí),輸出軸垂直向下。
  8.如需要采用除腳板式臥裝和法蘭式立裝以外的其它特殊安裝形式,必須采取相應(yīng)的潤滑和密封措施來保證減速機(jī)潤滑充足和防止漏油,請與我廠技術(shù)部門聯(lián)系。
  9.采用油脂潤滑的擺線針輪減速機(jī)安裝角度自由。
  10.減速機(jī)安裝時(shí),可用墊塊進(jìn)行調(diào)整,墊塊在高度方向不超過三塊,也可用楔鐵進(jìn)行調(diào)整,但減速機(jī)校準(zhǔn)后必須換入平墊塊。
  11.自愛沖擊、振動(dòng)較大或氣動(dòng)頻繁的使用場合,機(jī)座與基礎(chǔ)除用底腳螺栓進(jìn)行聯(lián)接之外,還需要定位銷(自備)進(jìn)行加固。
  12.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型擺線針輪減速機(jī)的輸入軸和輸出軸的軸伸端形式為圓柱形,采用普通平鍵聯(lián)接。軸徑尺寸公差根據(jù)GB1801-79《公差與配合》的規(guī)定。普通平鍵尺寸按GB1096-79《普通平鍵 型式尺寸》的規(guī)定,連接法蘭止口按GB1801-79的(h9)配合。
  13.當(dāng)采用聯(lián)軸器把擺線針輪減速機(jī)與相配套的機(jī)械聯(lián)接時(shí),推薦用彈性聯(lián)軸器。
  14.減速機(jī)與相配套機(jī)械用聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接時(shí),兩者軸心線的同心度不得超過聯(lián)軸器縮允許的范圍。
  15.當(dāng)擺線針輪減速機(jī)與齒輪、鏈輪相聯(lián)接時(shí),必須保證兩者軸心線的平行度。
  16.當(dāng)使用鏈輪來進(jìn)行傳動(dòng)時(shí),不要把齒鏈放得過松,否則在氣動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生沖擊力。
  17.在把聯(lián)軸器、齒輪、鏈輪等聯(lián)接件聯(lián)接擺線。
  18.安裝后的減速機(jī),正式使用前必須進(jìn)行試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。在空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常的情況下,在逐漸加載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。


  Application
  1.The s

peed reducer is suitable for 24 hours continuos working and system and also permits rotating clockwise or counterclockwise.
  2.The rotating direetion of output shaft of single grade speed reducer is contrary to that of input shaft..
  3.The speed reducer has no self-locking function.
  4.The output shaft of speed reducer cannot undertake axial force.
  5.For the applied field where may take place the phe-nomenon of overloading. It should be equipped with protee-tor of overloading
  6.The pedal horizontal cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer should be installed the place where has no vibration and firm and level foundation. If it must be installed at the place where is incline, the incline extent of axial line should not be more than±15#.
  7.When install flange vertical cycloidal pinwheel sp
eed recucer. Its output shaft must be vaertical downwards.
  8.If need other installing way except pedal horiontal or flange vertical. It must adapt lubricaitng and seal measures in order to guarantee that the lubrication of cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer is enough and prevent from oil leakage .Please contact with technical department of our factory.
  9.The installing angle forcycloidal pinwheel speed re-ducer that adapts grease to lubricate is free.
  10.When installation of seed redicer, it may adjust through filling block. The quantity of filling block at the di-rection of height should not be more than 3 pieces.It must be re-placed with flat filling block.
  11.In the fields where has bigger vibration or frequency starting. Besides the base and foundation should be fixed with anchor bol
ts. Italso be strengthen with pin(self-ready).
  12.The form of shaft stretching end of input shaft and output shaft of standard cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer is cylinder. It is connected with ordinary flat key. The size tol-erance of shaft radial is in  conformity with the regulations of GB1801-79:《Tolerance and matching》.For ordinary flat key size. GB1096-79:《Ordinary flat key form size》. For inter-face of flange. GB1801-79.(h9). Matching.
  13.when use coupling to connect cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer and complete machinery, it is reconmentded to use elastie coupling.
  14.When cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer is connected to it conmplete machinery. The concentricity of both axial cen-tral line should not be over that of the permitted range of coupling
  15.When cycloidal pinwheel sp
eed reducer is connected to gear and chain wheel. It must guarantee the parallelism of both axial central lines.
  16.When use chainwheel to connection . don’t let gear tooloosing. Otherwose ot can lead impacting foree when strat.
  17.When the connecting parts suchas coupling. Gear. Chainwheel is connected to the output shaft of cycloidal pin-wheel speed reducer, it is prohibited to thump it directly. It should serew bplt through the screw hole at stretching end, then press it through pressing plate.
  18.After in stallation. Before fomal operation. It must be dcbugged in idle. When ot os nprmal under idle operation. Then operate in load graducally.


  潤滑 Lubrication
  1.擺線針輪減速機(jī)的潤滑方法見表21,表22。

2.法蘭式立裝擺線針輪減速機(jī)的潤滑油泵見表23.

3.本減速機(jī)在適用前必須注入潤滑油,出廠時(shí)減速機(jī)為了便于裝卸和運(yùn)輸,一般都不注入潤滑油。
  4.采用油脂潤滑的減速機(jī)在出廠前已注入潤滑脂。
  5.

普通用途的擺線針輪減速機(jī),應(yīng)根據(jù)使用時(shí)的環(huán)境溫度,按表24選用潤滑油。
  6.當(dāng)擺線針輪減速機(jī)在工作條件惡劣,啟動(dòng),停止頻繁和高溫或底紋的場合中工作時(shí),應(yīng)與我廠技術(shù)部門聯(lián)系。
  7.當(dāng)減速機(jī)采用油脂進(jìn)行潤滑時(shí),推薦使用特種特種潤滑----2#、二硫化鉬-----2#或ZL------2鋰基潤滑脂等油脂。
  8.加注潤滑油時(shí),油位高度應(yīng)在油標(biāo)或示油器的居中位置。
  9.潤滑脂的注入量應(yīng)為減速機(jī)內(nèi)腔容積的1/3-/1/2,油脂不宜加得過多,以避免產(chǎn)生攪拌熱。

10.潤滑油更換周期:
  減速機(jī)應(yīng)在初次運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)300小時(shí)后須進(jìn)行第一次更換潤滑油,更換時(shí),應(yīng)去除殘存污油。初次換油后,以后,每天連續(xù)工作10個(gè)小時(shí)以上的減速機(jī),應(yīng)每隔3個(gè)月更換一次潤滑油,每天工作不超過10個(gè)小時(shí)的減速機(jī),應(yīng)每隔6個(gè)月更換一次潤滑油。
  11.油脂更換周期:每隔6個(gè)月更換一次。
  12.已經(jīng)長期沒有適用的減速機(jī)(一般在12個(gè)月以上)在重新使用前,必須更換潤滑油或潤滑脂。
  13.加油時(shí)旋開減速機(jī)上部的通氣帽即可加油,放油時(shí)旋開減速機(jī)下部的油螺塞即可放出污油。
  14.不允許注入不清潔或帶腐蝕性的潤滑油。
  15.采用循環(huán)潤滑油的法蘭式立裝減速機(jī),在使用前應(yīng)先啟動(dòng)油泵,待油泵正常工作后在啟動(dòng)減速機(jī)。

說明:不同系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相應(yīng)機(jī)號(hào),主要是指性能指標(biāo)基本相同,外形,安裝和聯(lián)接尺寸略有不同。

減速機(jī)零件圖

安裝使用和維護(hù)
  1. 減速器應(yīng)安裝在平整的基礎(chǔ)上,在地腳螺釘均勻回轉(zhuǎn),以免給輸出軸軸承增加附加應(yīng)而影響軸承壽命。
  減速器的輸入軸以采用聯(lián)軸器輸入動(dòng)力為宜。在安裝時(shí),應(yīng)在地腳緊固的情況下,聯(lián)軸器的安裝誤差不超過歐其規(guī)定要求。
  當(dāng)需要采用皮帶輪輸入動(dòng)力時(shí),以采用窄形高強(qiáng)度三角帶傳動(dòng)為佳。這樣可以縮短皮帶張緊力的作用點(diǎn)的懸臂位置。三角帶輪必需全部加工,回轉(zhuǎn)平衡。三角帶在初裝狀況下,不宜一次張緊(即張緊力過 大)。用戶應(yīng)在減速

器帶負(fù)荷工作一段時(shí)間后,再次調(diào)整三角帶的張緊度,一般情況下,三角帶的緊邊中點(diǎn)在2-3公斤外力的坐擁下,應(yīng)能產(chǎn)生8-10mm變形。
  由于硬齒面減速器的中歐高新距較小,無法配置較大的軸承,軸頸也較細(xì),因此聯(lián)軸器的對中與否和三角帶張緊力,在輸入軸懸臂端做用點(diǎn)的位置和大小將直接影響軸承、輸入軸以至減速器的整機(jī)壽命!
  2.在減速器安裝完畢后,注潤滑油至油標(biāo)上油位,改油位應(yīng)潤滑油在箱內(nèi)分布均勻后確定,油標(biāo)位置,首次使用300-600小時(shí)后,應(yīng)換油一次,以后每3000小時(shí)換油一次,更換應(yīng)在減速器停車,潤滑油尚未冷卻時(shí)排放,箱內(nèi)應(yīng)用同品質(zhì)的油沖洗干凈。若因粘度高不宜沖洗,可先加熱,濾清器一般每2000小時(shí)清洗一次。在出現(xiàn)油壓下降,油泵噪聲提高時(shí),應(yīng)首先檢查濾清器是否堵塞,在拆卸濾清器時(shí),應(yīng)先將位于濾清器背面板式模塊的截止閥手柄旋轉(zhuǎn)90º,以截?cái)嘤统嘏c外界聯(lián)接。
  3.帶電接點(diǎn)壓力表的油路,壓力表的上下限指針出廠前已調(diào)好,一般不用調(diào)整。如需調(diào)整時(shí),可用隨表的鑰匙或螺絲刀,自愛壓進(jìn)表中心調(diào)整螺釘?shù)那闆r下,加以調(diào)整。該表的輸出接點(diǎn)見圖3,用戶可把此表接入電機(jī)控制回路或報(bào)警線路。當(dāng)油路出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),可自動(dòng)報(bào)警,切斷電源,及時(shí)檢測維護(hù)。
  4.裝有油泵強(qiáng)制潤滑的減速器,在開車初始截?cái)啵赡軙?huì)因油粘度過高,油泵吸油阻力大而造成供油不足,發(fā)生過高的噪聲,該現(xiàn)象一般在潤滑油溫度升高后,自行消失。
  在正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中,如出現(xiàn)油泵噪聲增高,一般情況可能是油路阻力過大。此時(shí)情況應(yīng)清洗濾清器及其他相關(guān)部件。
  無論哪種規(guī)格的減速器,在長期不用或氣溫過低時(shí)啟動(dòng)適用,都應(yīng)控車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一端時(shí)間,待各軸承處充分潤滑后才可加載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
  4.螺桿在安裝時(shí),應(yīng)注意配合面和鍵的尺寸及粗糙度負(fù)荷圖紙要求。不得采用強(qiáng)制力裝拆螺桿,以免減速器在強(qiáng)力敲擊下?lián)p傷。
