　　入口校正第一道對邊工作。採用

全自動超精密之紅外線電眼追蹤校正，不受布種限制，修整不會產生皺紋。

　　採用導布對邊機，氣壓式布邊調整機、同步送布輪、同步送布機無張力連續(xù)貼布及送布。入布平整、不捲曲、不起皺，各類布種其寬度均不改變。

　　4. 印花皮帶傳動機構(PRINTING BELT DRIVING DEVICE)
　　4-1伺服傳動機構
　　依照機械尺寸配置7.5~20HP之日本伺服馬達與驅動器，經減速機(1:30 OR 1:40) 帶動400mm研磨滾輪，定位準確。

　　5. 印刷機構(PRINTING DEVICE)
　　5-1扇形刮刀印刷座
　　快速置刀設計，縮短換版時間，刮刀傾斜75°，刮印滲透力強。最適用於針織布印花。
　　5-2恆壓刮刀印刷座
　　刮刀壓力自由控制，左右兩邊恆保相同壓力，刮刀角度可調整為75°~90°最適用於絲綢布類及較大接版長度之印花。

　　6. 全自動皮帶水洗機構(AUTOMATIC BELT CLEANING DEVICE)
　　皮帶自動水洗裝置，本機構由三支輻射式毛刷及不銹鋼槽所構成的氣動式水洗裝置所組成，可撤底清除皮帶上的棉層，二支刮水刮刀可以刮淨皮帶之之色漿污漬及水分，本裝置可由機體側面拉出清潔保養(yǎng)。

　　 烘箱系統(tǒng)
　　(1)採用五層鐵氟龍帶送布，使布在進行中，不致於產生張力，效果表現(xiàn)在伸縮量大的針織布中，你會發(fā)覺烘乾後的布幅不會縮，布邊不會捲邊。
　　(2)送風以八個馬達平均送風，風量均勻，溫度彩自動控制，可避免烘乾後布邊產生色差。
　　(3)速度與印花機同步連線，控制採用日本變頻器，故障少操作方便。
　　(4)熱源之選擇有A.瓦斯B.蒸氣C.熱煤油。
